Ferdicon offers a 7 day return window for items that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure you get resolution

Return after Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.
Track Return Status
We will send you a return waybill number, this will enable you to track the status of your return.
Upon our confirmation of the receipt of the item by us, we will resolve the issue and take the necessary step to replace the item if it's eligible for replacement.
Conditions for return:
1. The Product should be unused with it's original packing, this is to enable us resell this products.
2. For mistake such as wrong item delivered, we will bear the logistics cost of the return and the correct item will be replaced ASAP.
3. For Customer remorse such as change of mind, customer ordered the wrong item, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange
